Our philosophy:
work to live, not live to work.
Message from the founder…
As a wife and mom, I realize the importance of having quality time, stability, and balance. As a therapist, I realize the importance of having flexibility and growth. All of which led me to beginning CoreWellness, LLC. I didn’t want to sacrifice doing the work I enjoy nor the life I know I deserve. My vision with CoreWellness, LLC is to continue doing meaningful work with likeminded professionals that encourages authenticity, builds genuine connections, and promotes fun - without the sacrifice of feeling overworked - because I believe in having life and identity outside of work.
quality over quantity…
In our field, more does not always equate to better. Overworked therapists increases the likelihood of burnout, compassion fatigue, stress, and overall dissatisfaction which in turn decreases quality service. This is why at CoreWellness, LLC, therapists have the flexibility to take on their ideal number of clients that works best for their schedules.
growth = satisfaction
Research shows that a growth mindset increases overall work and life satisfaction. At CoreWellness, LLC, we believe this too, which is why we gain an understanding of your long term goals prior to employment then work with you to ensure your success in achieving your goals.
Teamwork, Dreamwork
As mental health professionals, we take on a lot in the spirit of instilling hope and change for others. As mental health professionals, there is a small circle of us who can truly relate to the sacrifice. For that reason, CoreWellness, LLC offers peer consultation groups for professional support as well as peer support groups for the opportunity to decompress and feel rejuvenated with each other.
